Thaddeus Ellis is a seasoned hospitality leader with over two decades of experience in hotel operations, revenue management, and team development. Currently serving as the General Manager at the DoubleTree by Hilton Greeley at Lincoln Park, Thaddeus oversees 100 associates across multiple departments, driving operational excellence, financial performance, and guest satisfaction.

 

His career includes pivotal roles at Stonebridge Companies, where he was promoted to Task Force General Manager, successfully leading multiple properties through operational transitions. At The Jacquard Hotel & Rooftop, a Marriott Autograph Collection property, he played an instrumental role in launching the hotel and achieving industry-leading guest satisfaction scores.

 

Thaddeus’ expertise spans budget creation, revenue optimization, and staff leadership. He has a proven track record of revitalizing hotel operations, increasing occupancy rates, and enhancing financial performance.
