Bio

Rebecca Chapman graduated from the University of Northern Colorado in 2021 with a B.S. in Business Administration with a Management emphasis and a B.A. in Economics. After graduating, Rebecca spent four years in Athens, Georgia working for the University of Georgia in the Office of Student Financial Aid. She began as a Financial Aid Advisor and finished as the Assistant Director for Federal Systems Compliance, where she worked to implement the Course Program of Study (CPoS) initiative. Rebecca earned her Master of Public Administration (MPA) from UGA in 2024.

Rebecca now works as a Business Analyst for Hensel Phelps in Greeley, Colorado. Her role is focused on Market Intelligence: she provides data-driven insights to inform decision-making about the next geographic and vertical market opportunities for the company. As a proud UNC alumna, she values the opportunity to give back and help prepare the next generation of business leaders.
