- Colorado HB 21-1311 (effective 2022): Qualified Charitable Deduction research regarding the interplay of the Required Minimum
Distribution statues for exclusion of Federal RMD income
- Bond Tax Swap: Identifying “tax loss harvesting” opportunities within the fixed income portfolio
while still participating in the market, increasing credit quality of investment,
generating cash flow from yields, or shortening duration.
- Avoidance of Modified Endowment Contract:Research and implementation of hybrid insurance product provided a tax-advantaged
strategy to pass assets to heirs while provided a current benefit of a leveraged Long-Term
Care insurance to the Testator while honoring the MEC criteria.
