Holly Haslam is a dedicated and accomplished HR professional, holding an MBA with a specialization in Human Resources Management from the University of Northern Colorado (UNC) and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Substance Abuse Prevention, Education, and Treatment from Central Michigan University (CMU). As a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SCP), Holly brings a wealth of expertise to her role as the Brewers Association’s first Human Resource Partner, where she began her journey in April 2022. At the Brewers Association, Holly plays a pivotal role in producing HR content and providing guidance on best practices to craft breweries across the nation. Her focus spans employee development, retention strategies, team dynamics, and establishing HR functions for small organizations. Leveraging her background in Applied Behavior Analysis, Holly employs innovative approaches to enhance organizational behavior. Beyond her professional role, she volunteers for the Boulder Area HR Association (BAHRA), serving on their board of directors since 2020, and represented UNC in the Daniels Fund Ethics Competition in 2021. Currently pursuing certification in Organizational Behavior Management (OBM) through ABA Technologies, Holly is committed to continuous professional development. Originally from Michigan, Holly, her husband Matt, and their dog Annie moved to Colorado in May 2019. Holly's multifaceted background, dedication to HR excellence, and strategic mindset position her as a dynamic and influential leader in the HR field, contributing meaningfully to organizational success and the broader HR community.
