Globalization has an affect on every part of our lives—especially business. The international marketplace has fewer boundaries than ever before. Technology enables us to meet and conduct business matters halfway around the world with ease. Both long-term business strategies and daily management decisions are heavily influenced by exchange rates, crosscultural difference and more. Having a global perspective about business has never been more important.
A Global Business Minor provides you with a broad understanding of global business including finance, economics, management and marketing. This minor shows potential employers your ability to learn, adapt and change in an every-expanding global environment. Plus, you’ll get first-hand global business experience through a study abroad experience.

If you'd like to seek admission to a Global Business minor, you must be a business major in good academic standing with both the Monfort College of Business and the University of Northern Colorado.
