Kailey is a Colorado native who has a strong academic background in business and finance.
She graduated from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs with a Bachelor of
Science in Business, focusing on Finance and Sport Management, and later earned her
Master of Business Administration from the University of Northern Colorado. Currently,
she works as a Financial Analyst for one of the leading Aerospace companies in the
nation. Kailey is known for her enthusiasm for lifelong learning and continuous improvement.
In her free time, she enjoys baking, cooking, reading, and watching or playing sports.
However, her greatest joy comes from spending quality time with her family.
