Professional/Academic Experience
Jake is a UNC Bear for both undergraduate and graduate studies! After earning a bachelor's
degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance in 2015, he went on
to work for a variety of roles for Seagate Technology. After gaining some experience,
Jake decided to expand his knowledge and skills and sought an MBA from UNC. During
his time working on the MBA, Jake was part of a team that won first place in the Glo-Bus
Global Invitational challenge, and relocated to California to work in Finance for
Google. Jake loves to learn new processes and search for optimizations and efficiencies,
especially if it's related to cost. In his free time, Jake likes to climb, ski, cook,
and spend time with friends and family.
