The University of Northern Colorado Board of Trustees will meet at 8:45 a.m. Friday, Oct. 9, in the new south building of the West Campus Residence Hall Complex, south of the intersection of 11th Avenue and 23rd Street.
Trustees will take action on proposals to add a bachelor's degree program in nutrition, update language to be consistent with practices in the university's policy on sabbaticals and create a distinguished professorship in honor of alumna Mary Jo Drew, who is making a $1.5 million planned gift to the university. Discussion will also include information about a potential refinancing of bonds and Fall 2009 enrollment numbers.
Following the meeting, trustees will vote to adjourn into an executive session to discuss a personnel matter pursuant to C.R.S. 24-6-402.
