    • Bio: Garth H. Allen, Associate Professor, joined the University of Northern Colorado business faculty in 1974 after earning his Juris Doctorate degree at the University of Iowa. During his tenure at the School of Business, College of Business, and Monfort College of Business, Allen held many positions including Chair of the Finance Department and Acting Dean of the College. Allen teaches business law and risk management courses.   He is also a frequent lecturer for Continuting Legal Education Courses for attorneys and has a growing national reputation for his expertise in insurance including insurance coverages and claims practices.
